The top RED square should be Enabled. The bottom RED square should allow you to individually enable/disable each SATA port. Here a couple photos I took. Photo 1 shows SATA3_1 selected which is the optical drive. Photo 2 shows the options, but the only option is to enable/disable SATA safe removal notifications.
